Description
Microsorium Pteropus originating from Asia Java Fern is quite a common plant to the aquarium enthusiast. It is one of the easiest plants to keep and doesn’t require much attention. It is most commonly attached to driftwood or rocks. It can be planted in the substrate, but make sure not to cover rhizome as it will rot. Java fern does not require much light to grow. Propagation can be made by cutting the rhizome with a sharp knife. On the leaves of mature plants, new baby plants will form. This plant is a definite must for a beginner.
